Insurance Problems

I have IMS insurance through Wood Group Logging Services Texas. This insurance excludes this type of surgery. I have been denied and have written an appeal letter. I was denied on October 2003. I appealed in October 2003. I have talked to the women Sharon Miller of Wood Group about this matter. She has been no help at all to me. I have received no response from my appeal letter and my phone calls have not been returned. Paula Anspach
