Insurance Help!

I have battled with my insurance company for over a year already and I got no where...I have been denied 4 times, I even wrote to my state Insurance Commisionier, however, they stated they couldn't help me! My surgeons office hasn't really done much to put up a fight for me. I am 22 years old, I have high blood pressure, the onsite of diabetes, serious back problem, swollen joints, can hardly walk, shortness of breath, sleep apnea, and even acid reflux. My primary family doctor has written my insurance company 4 times telling them my situation with my health, and they yet refuse to help. Can anyone help me?
