CIGNA SUPERVISED DIETS
Does anyone one know if it is okay to be on two diets at one time? I have Cigna EPO and from what I understand you must have 2 supervised diets one being in that last 12 months. There is no where that says you cant be on two diets at one time (I Think). Please, if you have any information about this share it with me.
Thanks- M. Ray
I have seen this question before in posts and I can almost say with certainty that Cigna would NOT go for that. Their reasoning is that there has to be several attempts at weight loss, but if you are on 2 diets at 1 time, I can see them say that is considered one attempt. May want to call and ask them (if you can FIND a rep there that actually cares and wants to help!!)
Good Luck!

I have been a member of overeaters anonymous for years, along with various diets. When I wrote Cigna the history of my dieting attempts I included O.A. at the same time as the other diets but O.A. is not really advocating one diet or another. It is more group therapy really. Cigna does however consider it a diet plan so technically I was on two diet plans at the same time and I received my approval.
