Deined (Gilsbar)

I need information about writing an appeal letter. I was deined because my insurance (Gilsbar) told me that I didn't have any uncontrolable problems. Just recenlty I've need emergency room treatment and medication for a back problem. Please give any suggestions in writing this appeal letter.....

hi diana, write your letter stating your day to day life make it real and personal ask them to live a day in your shoes. i just won a two year insurance battle and dont give up thats what they want. good luck
