Of course I am trying to remain cautiously optimisti****il I receive it in writing, given CIGNA PPO's track record, but my second appeal hearing for 10/30 was CANCELLED today, and I was approved. I give ALL the credit to God, AND, the Lindstroms...If you can, contact them because it helped me a great deal to know that someone skilled in navigating all the twists/turns & strategies of the insurance companies was fighting for me!! I am numb, like winning the Lotto, because I have been fighting since JANUARY 2003, and just when I was about to give up, VICTORY, VICTORY, VICTORY IN THE CAMP!!
