insurance post op

i had weight loss surgery one year ago . I was covered by bcbs , my premium went up so high i could not afford it after the surgery. after i dropped it i have found that i am having trouble getting coverage from another insurance carrier can anyboy give me the name of insurance carriers in north carolina that will insure gastric by pass post op thanks
