Cigna denied me 2xs ,Level 2 is next

I dont know how many times they can deny a person,Ive done all I can do.I guess its up to God now.

You will need to go to your 2nd level appeal...This will be a conference call-I've been thru it-it's not that bad, AND I actually won it!!!!! What is the reason that they keep denying you? If it is because you are missing any documentation at all, make sure CIGNA has it before your conference call, especially the 2-26wk diet documentation...Make sure they have EVERYTHING required in their guidelines (ask them for a copy if you don't have them!) Speak to your surgeon's office about helping you, and try to talk to someone at CIGNA's National Appeals Unit...If anything at all is missing from what CIGNA requires, then they are just going to deny it again...I kept getting denied because my 2nd 26wk diet documentation info was missing...Once I submitted that and had my conference call, I was approved an hour later! And, I know someone else who had the same thing happen...You can do it!!! Good luck!!!

dont give up i went through the appeals have all your documentation and keep fighting, get an attorney if need be
