thinking of switching to kaiser INS

hey All have a info on kaiser ? I have been checking on many diffrent INS packages and found that kaiser carrier has the gastric bypass on there plans that i have look at . I live in GA and would like any helpful info on there proceedures and also how long would I have to wait till I can submit an claim in thx William Higgs III
