waiting for approval health net ppo

i already went to pacific bariatrics for my 3 doctor visits now i have to wait for approval from health net ppo.is it just me or why don't the girls who book the appts tell you what is going to happen from this point on? i also have kaiser southern california but i have been fighting them for 2 years they still wont refer me, so i used my husband's insurance health net ppo, i have never dealth with health net, since i've had kaiser mainly for 13years.the only thing i'm upset about if i do get approved that i have to wait til january for surgery. my bmi is 44-but other than that i am healthy to the doctors, do you think i will get approved? please help thanks
