Anyone w/Carechoices HMO?

Can anyone tell me if they have used Carechoices HMO and been approved for the surgery, how long it took to be approved and how hard it was was to get approved by them? I see no postings concerning Carechoices and am just wondering how hard it will be to get approved through them. Thanks! Lori
