deductible

I live in Dallas and have NTHN/PPO. The insurance company approved the procedure but I later discovered that I had to pay a $2000.00 decuctible before anything could be done. Silly of me to think they would set me up on a payment plan, but I ended up not having surgery. What can I do about this matter? I am now experiencing more medical problems on top of everything else..What can be done about this?

Pay the deductible. Honey, that's better than 20,000 or more.
