AETNA Ins.

Hi, here's something I was thinking about..I closed my case before I would get denied because not having the 6mo dr supervised diet, and I had 5 years of proof of obesity, well 1999 was from the ER because I didnt have insurance and the proof was said in records I recieved that patient is a young white female of obese. now to me that would be sufficient for a weight since they dont weigh you in the ER. I have the years 2000,2001,2002,2003 now look at the criteria for the 5 year weight...it does not say it has to say a number weight. now do you think I have a chance of them having them use it for the year 1999?? please read the AETNA site and see what you think.. http://www.aetna.com/cpb/data/CPBA0157.html any info would be helpful.
