Insurance what two years of information

Hello: I started my process in May of this year It took about three months to get it all done. I have Aetna MC and they wanted two years of doctors notes showing all of the way that I had tried to lose weight. The one thing that I would say to others who may have this insurance and what to have the surgery, make sure that your doctor write down your weight everytime you see him, and tell him/her everything that you are doing to lose weight, ask them to write it in their notes. One of the reason it took so long for me was my doctor moved into a neither group and my medical records were lost, it took them one month to find them. Now I ask everyone for a copies of all my records at each and every vist, this way I have a complete file of everything. Don't give up keep trying until you get with you need for youself.
