Denied need to appeal HR

How do I go about appealing a exculsion from my policy. It doesn't cover WLS no mater if it is medically necessary?

Hey Bonnie~ Well I would probably contact one of the attorneys on obesityhelp.com although when there is a written exclusion, Im not sure even the attorneys can help. Unfortunately, when it is written that way, there usually is no way around it. Try the attorney though, they may be able to help! Good luck ~Judith
