Insurance denied

Hi, I have A policy with blue cross and blue shield of fla the XJB policy which i am told is the hardest to get approval on. Was denied first time they said i need six months of weight loss recorded. Would like to hear from someone who has this policy. Thanks, Lisa LDSHEFF@CS>COM
