Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Oklahoma

Denied after first letter! Informed that insurance dosen't even cover WLS. After calling the Dr.'s office back, they said that if it's not even covered there's nothing else that I can do; that sending appeal letters would not even work. I'm so lost at this point and heart broken. I'm so afraid that I'll die before I get any help! =-( I have three little boys, they deserve so much more than this. I'm so ashamed and embarassed!
