Alliance PPO

Both my surgeons office and I contacted Alliance PPO to see if there were exclusions to my husbands policy that would stop me from having surgery both of us were told no that there were no exclusions. I went through the process, and submitted everything that the insurance company needed. They had it for one month and then contacted my surgeons office to let them know that I had been denied - even though the surgery is medically needed -- they said that there was a policy exclusion for this surgery.
