What qualifies as proof with Cigna HMO?

Apparently Cigna recently changed their requirements for wls. I went to weigh****chers for 8 months, but the local chapter closed. I have contacted headquarters and they do not keep the cards from the chapters that close. I have lost my personal card, but the coordinator of the Chapter where I went said she would write me a letter that documented that I did attend monthly and weekly meetings for 9.5 months. Will this work?????

Marsha, with CIGNA there is just no telling. I would think that they should accept that. What they really want is a monthly weigh in by them. For some reason they want at least once a month weigh in seem to be the key for CIGNA. I wish you the best of luck and a quick approval. Warmest wishes ****Amanda
