Any Best Buy employees out there that can help me...PLEASEEEE!!

Curious to know if any of you out there are Best Buy employees with United Healthcare insurance. If so..what was your experiance...any luck..how did you get it pushed through. I feel I am hitting a wall. Please..help. Kevin Lewis BBY 395

Hi Kevin, My husband is a DPPM for Best Buy here in Tennessee, originally from Miami. My surgeon's office turned in my paperwork to be submitted on August 14, still no answer. Needless to say when I saw your post I freaked out! I also called and they said I did not have an exclusion on my policy, all you need is for it to be medically necessary and BMI over 35.
