Aetna is my insurance company, denied surgery 1st time I have submitted a appeal waiting for decision. the customer service staff was very helpful my issue was with the nurse for approval, when I called her to insure she had recieved all of the additional information required that I had faxed to her. she was upset that I had even dared to call her! needless to say she denied me the next day. so I am keeping my fingers crossed that the appeal will be granted. I am doing the surgery one way or the other !
