concerned about sagamore insurance....

the company i work for is changing insurance companies. we previously had cigna. and now it will change to sagamore.....im concerned about the possibility of them refusing to pay. i know that cigna did not want to pay at all, so i continued to battle it out with the appeals committe. and now that im closer to getting it approved with cigna , we are changing companies!!!! if anyone has any insight about sagamore, please let me know!!!! do they require alot of documentation? if so i have it all!!! so i hope i can get good news about it soon! thank you, debbie t.
