Insurance No's

what am i supposed to do ?? I am out of options. My ins. company has turned me down again, and turned my appeal down, in their denial letter they state that i have no soubt proven medical necessity ( My BMI is 64% and i have almost all the health related problem that go with it ). They say it's not in their policy to cover this weight program, that they never will. So what now. I am only getting worse by the day as far as my health. I want to live. How can I do this? I do not have cash to just go and have it done so am i supposed to live like this till i die or is there something else i can do. Please help B.Britt [email protected]

Barbara, I am so very sorry that this is happening to you. The only thing that I can think of that you might try is to check out www.obesitylaw.com to see if they can give you any help. Have you thought of appealing to the Missouri state board of insurance? I'm sorry that I don't have more to offer to you in the form of help, but these would be the first two places I would start. Oh, I just remembered one more option. There is a website of a woman who knows how to do appeals and what not. Her website is www.hometown.aol.com/mommmy4alex/journey/html .
