Has anyone had a conference call with cigna

If you have had a conference call with cigna as I'm on my second level appeal I would like for you to post and tell me what questions they ask and what not....I have sent my last five yrs of medical records, my dr wrote two letters to cigna, plus my psych eval, nutrition eval, and letter from my surgeon's office...so I am hoping to be approved soon. But I have this conference call with them so I need help, input, whatever.....Thanks Karen
