Denied

I have been denied coverage for surgery by care first of maryland; due to my working for a small group; however, i have a mandate that states otherwise. if anyone out there knows anything about this mandate; please email me at [email protected]. i won't cut and paste what the mandate is here; b/c it is too long..but will gladly share with anyone who can help. thanks to you all wearied michelle
