BLUGRASS INSURANCE

I have been dealing with this insurance company now for 16 months and still can not get approved. At first they told me that all i needed was 6 months worth of documentation and some test done. I had both , but something went wrong , after sending my papers and ALL documentation in several times , I was denied each time. Not only once did i get denied but 4 times. I then had to pay an appeal committee to review my case and was still turned down. Im don't want to mention any names but i think Ms. Candy Lane must have something against me personally. I have been dealing with her thru the insurance company and now when i call it says on her voice mail not to call back if you are dealing with weight loss issues to call your doctor. I took it a step further and called the Chief Of Staff of the Management Committee. At this time my regular doctor had suggested I take Legal recourse to resolve the matter. I personally did not want to do this but I called a lawyer and he suggested I wait another week and see if I hear from the Management Dept. I waited patiently , I mean I have waited 16 months and what would a few more days be. On the 5th day or so I got a call from the Chief Of Staffs Assistant and she ask me what was my concerns on being denied so many times. ( At least she returned my call!!!) I told her about having everything they had requested and that I was doing everything as the insurance requested but nothing was happening and now I'm on my last request for insurance to pay or I can never submitt this claim again. She said to hang in there and to fax her my information on my next dr's visit. Yesterday was by last visit and the next business day I will do as she requested. I have a gut feeling that it will be denied again. If this happens I will at that time persue my Legal action. I really hate to do this, but it is getting real frustrating seeing my friends get approved in 3 days from the same insurance company. If anyone knows ANYTHING or has any suggestions.PLEASE help me......I'm running out of options here and I refuse to give up......
