Plastic Surgery Issues

I have BC/BS of GA HMO and cannot get them to approve my tummy tuck (they keep telling me the 15lbs + of extra skin I have doesn't constitute a medical necessity that it's all cosmetic). If anyone has had any sucess with them I would appreciate some ideas.
