BTC Called Me

BTC in Belvidere called me yesterday to ask if I wanted to appeal Cignas denial? I of course said yes but that I don't have the documentation they are asking for. She said they would put their Cigna expert to work on an appeal for me. Has anyone had BTC fight for them and what was the outcome? Sherri

Sherri, BTC is working on my second level appeal...they sent it in last week on the 21 but I haven't heard anything yet...I heard that BTC was great at this...so lets hope so for our sake...^_~ I keep phoning cigna but so far they say they haven't received my paperwork...being it had to be sent my mail lord only knows...what lies they will say next...most likely it will have never come or gotten lost...just my luck.....that they wanted it mailed in not faxed...Karen
