i applied to aetna epo fopr by pass on july first.they denied on bases on no consecutive medical history or recent.yet their policy states as folows 1)presence of morbid obesity that presisted for atleast five years a)bmi exceeding 40 When i pointed out that there was no word of recent ot consecutive in there please tell me where that is stated the nurse told me you are right. I thoughrt i would be approved but i was denied on friday the 25 of july michelle
