Help Me with my insurance problems PLEASE!!!

I know my problem is not a new one but I am new to this site...I have gone through the insurance rejections from Healthchoice-Insurance in Oklahoma...I have appealed to the Oklahoma State Insurance Board and denied after the judge stated that I had legitimate reasons as well as doctors' letters to back-up my need for the surgery...and I have been told that If I take it to district court and win a decision that the insurance head-Dr/surgeon will NOT honor this decision.....AM I JUST ANOTHER PERSON WITH A SAD STORY WHO IS SIMPLY OUT OF LUCK???
