Tummy-tuck and Medical Assistance

I am so frustrated! I'm trying to appeal my case for tummy-tuck surgery and I thought that this time around I had covered all of my bases. Apparently I was mistaken. I sent in letters of recommendation from my regular physician stating that the surgery would help remedy the recurrent bacterial/vaginal infections and rashes I keep getting from the excess skin and a letter from my Psychiatrist stating it would help with my overall health, including my mental health (I have Bi-Polar with strong depressive tendencies that started to get better with the drastic weight loss, but then once I plateaued and found that exercise wasn't working enough anymore, I started to get more and more depressed---feeling fat again). I guess insurance companies don't care at all about the psychological issues, they just want proof of actual physical issues that keep me from living a normal daily life because of the extra tissue. Sorry for rambling. So, now I have to request actual chart notes from my doctor referring to the infections and write a personal letter as to how having the extra skin affects me physically in my daily living. I already sent in a personal letter talking about the infections and the psychological issues. Can anyone offer me some advice or reassurance? Prayers are cetainly welcome too Thanks so much!
