discouraged with cigna ppo!

i recieved my second denial , this time from the appeals board..... im getting so angry, they wont even give me a straight answer when i call. and dont even think you will talk to the same person each time....forget that! i think they are told what to say to you about a bariatric surgery claim! and its NO! if anyone has any advice for me to get them to pay, i would appreciate it!!!thank you deb t.
