Well, I just received my denial letter yesterday -- of course, it is their BS excuse of 26 weeks of supervised weight loss. I am going to appeal. Give them what they want and more.

hi leigh ann, my name is debbie and im fighting with the cigna idiots also. i have recieved my second denial, from the appeals board.i am so angry.youre right it is BS! the guy i talked to today swore there was NO Way i could find out what exactly the appeals board actually reviewed! and its MY LIFE HISTORY OF DIETING we are talking about and they wont let me talk to anyone else about it. i have to send another claim to them for the "second level appeals"they just dont get it.....well i guess they dont want too! well good luck! , i guess i just wanted to vent to someone who understands!GOOD LUCK!! and if you want to, keep in touch and let me know how it goes for you! im in indiana by the way, where you from? debbie t.
