Aetna Blues

Trying to get an authorize for surgery. Aetna is asking for 2 yrs of doctors notes, even thou we sent them 2 years of my Weigh****chers documentation. They want the physican notes that he was supervising my weight loss...any one with this kind of problem and what can I do ....

I was just told they need 2 years also..and I followed everything to a T.. It said they need 6 months in the last two years... I have not been offically denied but know it is coming.. Hugs
