Still waiting!!!Help!!

My insurance company received my letter for pre-approval 5/12/03 and I called yesterday about my status. They said the medical review board just got it on 6/11/03. I am gettin very impatient .I have to wait 30 days for an answer. I saw a few people with BCBS of Alabama it took only one or two weeks for approval by the insurance provider. I have waited six weeks and still waiting. Did anyone with BCBS of Alabama have to wait this long for approval.
