What do I do now!

I have been running into one big problem.. I am on medicaid/medipass. I am a resident of Florida. It seems that there are no surgens who except this. I have discovered that medipass doesn't want to pay for this surgery. I am in medical need of this. I haven't got any other insurance and due to my medical conditions I don't have a job.. How can I find a surgen to help me. What can i do to find the information needed. I have been searching for about 10 months now.. Tina Leonard
