Tired of being denied

Hi, I'm a 32 yr old female. I'm 5'7" and 307lbs and a BMI of 47. My insurance has denied me twice now and I'm on my third appeal. They are telling me I have to do 6 mo of Weigh****chers (even if I've done it in the past) and go to my doctor monthly. I have genetic history in my family of morbid obesity, high blood pressure, stroke etc.... I get out of breath just making my bed in the mornings and I am seriously affraid I could die before my 6 mo waiting period is even over. Thank you
