Know your policy exclusions..

I have never been able to get the approval for surgery due to the exlusions that are in my policy. These were never made aware to me until I had completed the psych evaluation and the Dr. visits with both my general practioner and my surgeon... my advise is to call your health insurance representative and ask them if there is exlusions to please send you over a listing of them (they do not include these in you so call health packet..) this might keep you from months of work and no light at the tunnel....
