How can I get the legal stuff updated?

I spent two years working at getting SSDI and finally was successsful several months ago. But the wrong year was typed in in one part. What this meant to me was that my Medicare wouldn't start right away, but that I would have to wait til nexxt year. But the judge corrected the mistake and signed off on it about six or seven weeks ago. I just found out that it might be months more before someone will update this date in the computer...which means I can't have my WLS for much longer. I feel I have waited years for this and now stuck. Can't anything be done to have them make the corrections now. I also need eye surgery asap. I would app[reciate any advice. Becky
