Does any private health care ins cover this???? HELP!!!!!

We own our own buisness so we have private health ins. It will not cover even if medically needed, neither would the ins. we had befpre this one. What do I do?? Anyone have an answer?? I'm tired of this weight and I have tried and tried and can get it off! HELP ME!!! PLEASE!
