denied wrong code

I have been denied because of the phycision using the wrong code I have been trying to get my phycisions assistant to get back to me. The code they have used comes up investigational in my plan.

Tamera, Don't let them get in your way. If you have to make an appointment to see him or her for something. (make it up) And when you are face to face with him or her tell them they have messed up on the coding and give them the right code. If you don't they will put you off and put you off till you get angry. And you don't want to get that far. Just make them understand this is so important to you and they need to do it right.
