Wording in my insurance exclusion

My insurance company is Anthem Blue Cross Blue Access PPO. My policy has an exclusion for weight loss and the treatment of obesity(exact words). The Right Weigh bariatric center in Louisville has a wonder gentleman named Rick that works with the insurance companies. He has contacted them for me and because it does not say morbid obesity in the exclusion they are going to review my case. I am gathering all of my medical files from my PCP who is also writing a letter stating that because of my high blood pressure, depression and sleep apnea he believes this would eleminate or greatly reduce those problems. Also have documentation from my specialist who ordered my sleep study which resulted in finding out I had sleep apnea and all of the charts from that study. I am waiting now. Just want anyone with an exclusion in their policy to not give up. Don't back down and never give up where the insurance companies are concerned.
