Insurance Ease

After I had my consultation with Dr Robert keating his nurse warned me that I may have trouble with my insurance company Blue Cross of Minnesota and that it may take three weeks to hear from them , I contacted the insurance company daily and after one week they said all I need to have is a phycs eval. and it would be approved, I was floored I had heard of everyones insurance problems and expected to have them to. Everytime I called to speak with a rep. at Blue Cross they were so polite and professional and seemed to be excited along with me

Amy, that is good that you haven't had any difficulties. It may be the type of Blue Cross you have. I find that a ppo is easier to get approval on than any other blue cross plan out there. Anyway God Bless on your surgery.
