Does anyone have Pacificare HMO with Sutter west group

My insurance is Pacifcare and My PMD is in Sutter West in Davis, CA. I am courious to ask if anyone out there has been through their process and did it work or not and why. My MD sent me to see DR Jan hopkins in Daves and I have hade my blood drawn and Abdominal ultrasound and Chest Xray done. I already have an echo and EKG from my recent past. My BMI is at 41 and I have HTN, Gerd, Asthma, leg and foot pain, and have battled plantar faciatis for many years now. I am hoping that since Dr Hopkins has ordered all the pre op stuff she believes this will be a go. Does anyone have any experience they can share with me?
