Okay! Okay! I know this insurance is the pits to deal with. But that is what I have now and I have to work with it. Suggestions, help and prayers would be appreciated! My Dr. has recommended that I have the surgery, but I was covered by BC/Bs at the time.

I know all about this insurance co. They are the pits. I have to go on a diet for the next 26 weeks in order for them to reconsider.
