approved but still waiting, stuck in limbo
Hi! Kaiser has a dept called patient services or something like that. If you call them they should help you get some resolution. Get friendly with whom ever says they will work on it and if you haven't heard from them in a few days call back and continue to be friendly and thank her or him, for their help. I have had to do this in the past for other things I needed and they have been great! Also say a prayer! Good luck! Becky
