I sent in my first letter of appeal and was denied. Any help for a second appeal. Maybe you could give me some pointers as to what more to do. Please Im devastating. Please help betty .

I Also post here for other to read you can check with your state attorney General office they may have Division like we have in North carolina call the consumer protection Division that has a Managed Care Patient Assistance Unit. This unit assisted state resident with thier rights as patient and Guide you on appeal Letters if you denied a service by Insurance Company that they should provide. They will tell you if you got good case that are really for the patient. Also is of no charge for NC Residents.
