Insurance says -one surgery per lifetime.

Hi everyone,

This is the answer I received from my insurance company. Is there any point in appealing this? I feel it is a pretty solid answer. Anyone run into this and then got approved? I did a search and they are all a couple of years old. I have Anthem BCBS. 

i have the same issue and would like to know if there is a way to fight this as well. I see you posted this quite some time ago, so i wanted to reach out to see if you had any advancement on this? Thanks in advance
