wow my insurance

Welp yall was right even after secondary insurance company told me they would cover my surgery since my primary denied when it was submitted they didnt even work the claim they just deactivated the claim and told my dr office it was denied...i called and called and *****ed wanting a denial letter heh they said they would email me one and lied...finally i called and spoke wtih the benefits cordinators at the company and they said if i dropped my primary there wouldnt be a problem getting approval...so open enrollment is this week and i dropped my primary...keep your fingers crossed that this is it cuz wow.... My insurance is denied out effective august 31st and dr office is gonna submit as primary 1st week of september.. anyone else have to do this?

Wow, I hope this all works out for you and the secondary insurance will cover it once it kicks in as primary.  Insurance companies are the devil.
