Does New Jersey Medicaid Pay for Surgery??

I am looking to get a gastric sleeve. I can't get health insurance because of a pre-existing condition (insulin resistance, hypertension, depression).  i really need WLS, but would have to self pay about $22,000, which I don't have.  I can't work right now because my weight causes extreme pain when I walk or stand for more than five minutes, and desk jobs have their own set of issues.  The pain isn't enough to qualify me for disability, but it is debilitating. 

The one thing I can do is apply for NJ FamilyCare medicaid since I have children.  Does anyone know if they cover the sleeve surgery? I'm getting desperate.  I've been told I need this surgery by my doctor, and at only 33 I feel every day like I'm dying. I want a chance at a normal life.
