How can I get insurance?

I live in Texas and I a self employed. PCIP.gov isn't taking new applications in my state. Texas High Risk pool does not cover any sort of weight loss surgery. I don't qualify for medicaid and don't want it. Credit is in the 400's and I can't afford to pay out of pocket.

Is there any way possible that I could get insurance in the state of TX? Any help is appreciated. 

Probably not.  Ins co's don't want to cover obese people, PCIP has already taxed up billions and billions of dollars and while they have not fully implemented the program, they are already turning people away.  26 states will excude WLS.

Finance companies are requiring a credit score of 650 or above.

I would suggest a part time job at Starbucks, they cover WLS for part time employees.

Insurance co's don't wish for to cover obese populace, PCIP has previously taxed up billions and billions of dollars and whilst they have not completely applied the program, they are already turning inhabitants away.
